Stock
motors come from the factory off an assembly line. Cylinders and cases are cast
and many casting flaws and casting seams are throughout the cylinder, cases and
head. This causes unnecessary turbulence thus hindering flow and performance.
At Pro-Action we do extensive testing on all brands of motorcycles, so no
matter what you ride, Pro-Actions advanced technology
can get you off the line first. Each motor is inspected, calibrated, scribed,
and dyed to ensure precise cuts. The cylinder is then ported to match your
riding style. The intake track is opened up, boost ports are enlarged and
sharpened, the transfers are cut at precisely the correct angle, and the
exhaust is cut to the exact specifications determined by your Pro-Action
technician. Cylinder head volume, squish, and plug extension are then
calculated and tuned to provide ultimate performance. All components are then
polished to a mirror-like finish to offer the best fuel flow possible.
Vortex
Intake Caburetion System
After four
years of testing and refining, the Pro-Action Vortex Carburetor is undoubtedly
the best carb mod available in the world today. As
fuel and air mix inside the carburetor and travel to the cylinder, this system
spins the mixture creating a vortex effect which efficiently atomizes the fuel
and literally hurls it toward the motor. The ultimate fuel flow, increased
velocity and reed action created by the Vortex System provides a dramatic
increase in throttle response while increasing horsepower throughout the
bottom, mid and top end of the power band.
